About the Building
Insignia is one of Seattle's largest luxury condominium communities, built as twin high-rise towers at 588 Bell Street and 583 Battery Street by Bosa Development with Perkins and Co. as architect. Buying here is really a question of which tower, stack, floor and view you are buying, because those differences are meaningful and they price differently.
The shared program is unusually deep: 24/7 concierge, the Sky Retreat lounges, a landscaped 7th-floor resident park, an indoor lap pool and spa, steam room and sauna, a fitness atrium, yoga and Pilates space, a theater, an entertaining bar, pet relief areas, bike storage and a car wash. Rental terms for this building are the ones published on this page; confirm current HOA documents before writing an offer.
Residence Character
- The two towers are not interchangeable. Ask which tower and which stack a residence sits in before comparing prices.
- View quality changes sharply by floor and orientation across the Belltown and Elliott Bay outlooks.
- Amenity access is shared across the community, so the practical experience is that of a large building rather than a boutique one.
