Luke helped my fiancé and me purchase our first home. We would not be in the house we are today if it wasn't for Luke, he saw our house and tracked it until the price was cut and it was within our budget. The day the price cut occurred, he sent it to us and told us we HAD to take a look. If it were not for him, I would have completely missed it.
