Chinatown-International District
The Chinatown-International District is one of Seattle's oldest and most culturally significant neighborhoods, shaped by generations of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Filipino, and other Asian communities. Its streets combine historic brick architecture, family-run restaurants, cultural institutions, grocery markets, and some of the region's strongest transit access.
For buyers, the CID offers a distinctly urban experience with immediate access to light rail, Sounder trains, Amtrak, stadiums, Pioneer Square, and downtown.
