About the Building
KODA is a 2021 high-rise of 201 homes at 450 S Main Street, the newest ownership building of scale in the Chinatown-International District, designed by KMD Architects. Its position next to major transit is one of the strongest in the city for a car-light household.
The amenity program is built around wellness and work: concierge, coworking, fitness center, yoga and wellness space, a zen garden, library and conference room, dog run and wash, a Sky Lounge, rooftop terrace, two guest suites and bike storage. Parking is limited to 75 below-grade spaces including EV spaces and a car-share component, so a parking space should never be assumed with a residence.

Important
No Rental Cap ≠ Short-Term Rental
