Uptown / Lower Queen Anne

Uptown, also known as Lower Queen Anne, occupies the flat area between Downtown Seattle and the base of Queen Anne Hill. Seattle Center anchors the neighborhood with the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena, museums, theaters, and performing arts institutions.

The residential experience here is significantly more urban than Upper Queen Anne. Condominiums and apartments dominate the housing stock, and residents have immediate access to restaurants, transit, entertainment, and Downtown.
