About the Building
Millennium Tower at 715 2nd Avenue was completed in 2000 as a 20-story mixed-use building with 14 office floors below six residential floors, holding just 19 residences. Architecture is by Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen for Martin Smith Development Corporation.
This is an ultra-boutique ownership experience rather than a traditional amenity tower. The residences are unusually large, from roughly 2,300 square feet up to penthouse-scale homes that can occupy substantial portions of a floor, and current listings support a private residential entrance, secured garage parking, storage, concierge and on-site management, elevator, gated access and EV charging in the building.
Residence Character
- Very low residence count means privacy and elevator exclusivity are the defining qualities.
- Private terraces occur in select residences.
- Water, city and mountain outlook potential is strong depending on orientation.
- Because homes are so individually configured, floor plan and square footage should be verified per residence.
Amenities
- Private residential entrance
- Concierge and on-site management
- Secured garage parking
- Resident storage
- Gated access
- EV charging reported in the building

Important
No Rental Cap ≠ Short-Term Rental
A building can allow an unlimited number of owners to lease their residences while still requiring a 30-day, three-month, six-month, twelve-month, or longer minimum lease. Rental-cap percentage and minimum lease duration are separate rules and should always be reviewed independently.
