About the Building

Waterfront Landing is a three-building community at 1900, 1950 and 2000 Alaskan Way, sitting directly on the central Seattle waterfront between the Seattle Aquarium and the Bell Street Pier and Pike Place approaches. The north building sits nearest the Market elevator connection, the center building carries much of the shared amenity program, and the south building is closest to the Aquarium, so the address a buyer chooses shapes the daily walk.

Shared features reported across the community include 24/7 concierge and security, a fitness room, a hot tub, a clubroom with kitchen, business and conference space, guest suites, rooftop terraces and decks with BBQ areas, and landscaped courtyards, all served by a large underground garage. The home mix runs from studios up to penthouse-scale residences, and many carry Elliott Bay and Olympic outlook without that being true of every home.

Residence Character

  • Three separate addresses mean the walk to the amenity hub differs; confirm which building a residence sits in.
  • Elliott Bay, Olympic and ferry outlooks are a major value driver, but exposure varies by building, floor and orientation rather than being universal.
  • The residence mix is unusually broad for one community, from studio scale through penthouse-scale homes.
  • Waterfront living here is about the public promenade and shoreline setting; parking and storage should be confirmed per residence.

Waterfront & Moorage

  • The community holds a direct downtown waterfront position on Alaskan Way, with the rebuilt public promenade, Pier 62 and the Aquarium blocks immediately outside.
  • Waterfront here refers to position and outlook rather than shoreline ownership.
  • No private moorage right should be assumed unless the governing documents for a specific residence state otherwise.

Shoreline, dock and moorage rights are established by the governing documents and vary by residence. They should be confirmed before purchase.

Important

No Rental Cap ≠ Short-Term Rental

A building can allow an unlimited number of owners to lease their residences while still requiring a 30-day, three-month, six-month, twelve-month, or longer minimum lease. Rental-cap percentage and minimum lease duration are separate rules and should always be reviewed independently.

Considering a condo at Waterfront Landing?

Association rental and leasing rules, rental caps, current cap availability, waitlists, minimum lease terms, fees and short-term-rental policies can change at any time. Information should be independently verified through the current resale certificate, declaration, rules and regulations, association management and applicable City of Seattle requirements before purchase or lease.

Building permission does not itself establish that an owner is eligible to operate a short-term rental. Seattle licensing and operator/unit eligibility requirements apply separately.
