Seattle Condo Investing
A condominium without a rental cap can provide significantly more flexibility for owners and investors, but "no rental cap" does not mean "no rental restrictions." Many Seattle buildings without rental caps still regulate minimum lease terms, tenant registration, move-ins, subleasing, or short-term rentals.
No Rental Cap
Any owner may rent their home, subject to the building's other rental rules.
Not the Same As
Minimum lease terms and STR rules are separate from the rental cap, and can be equally restrictive.
